It is important to find alternative fuels for the future, both
to cut pollution and make one less dependent on fossil
fuels

We must be careful to choose one fuel for the future, so
that we do not have to build one infrastructure for planes,
another for cars and a third one for boats. Infrastructure
will be the key to succesful changes

Politically I am not comfortable in pointing out the
technology winner within road transport. EV`s seems
right now the best alternative because there is no local
pollution. Hydrogen can be technology-winner if the cost
goes down and storage capasity gets better.

I see Norway`s role as as a consumer and not a hydrogen
producer. We should contribute to the testing of
hydrogen cars, but with the understanding that it is test
projects and not to make Norway dependent on hydrogen
in the short term. Toyota Sørvest
