I have an non-quatified (lack a feasiblity analysis) to create
an agricultural / industrial park where the energy consumed would
be produced from local feedstock and manure (strong ag district
w/ plentiful water supply). See: http://www.cnyagpark.com. The
benefit would be job creation, tax infusion, and a more
efficient, greener, kinder, sustainable production process.
